Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Cossette Productions Inc., doing business as Cossette Wallpaper® (“Cossette Wallpaper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for the purchase, design, and installation of custom wallpaper and related services. By signing or approving a proposal, making a payment, or requesting a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. A copy of these Terms is available upon request at info@cossettewallpaper.com.

These Terms, together with any signed or approved proposal or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Pricing and Scope

  • Price for wallpaper services is based on the width and height of the project as specified in the proposal.
  • Price includes the initial estimation visit, wallpaper design, all materials, and professional installation unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice prior to proposal issuance. All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Any work beyond the scope of the approved proposal will require a separate written authorization and may incur additional charges.

2. Orders and Accuracy

  • Please review all proposal and order details carefully before approving, as all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
  • In the event that Cossette Wallpaper is unable to complete the project due to circumstances within our control, any unearned deposit amounts will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Measurements provided by the customer are not guaranteed. Cossette Wallpaper is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project amount is required to begin the wallpaper design process.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to scheduling the installation.
  • Please allow a minimum of 48 hours after the final payment has been fully processed before contacting us to schedule the installation. The 48-hour period refers to payment processing time, not the installation date itself.
  • Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Checks: Allow up to 72 hours for order processing. A service charge of $100 will be assessed for every returned check. Third-party checks are not accepted.

Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard accepted. Third-party credit card authorizations are not accepted. A 3% convenience fee is added to every credit card transaction. Credit card charges will be applied only at the agreed payment milestones (deposit and balance). Any charges beyond the approved estimate will require separate written authorization.

Wire Transfers: Third-party wire transfers are not accepted.

4. Collections

Collection fees and attorney’s fees incurred by Cossette Wallpaper in collecting outstanding payments are the responsibility of the customer and must be repaid in full prior to resuming business. Title to and ownership of all goods remain the absolute and unencumbered property of Cossette Wallpaper until payment in full is received and processed.

5. Design Approval

  • The design process begins once the overall proposal has been approved and the 50% non-refundable deposit has been received and processed.
  • The design is considered final and cannot be changed once it has been approved by the customer and sent for printing. Please review all renderings carefully before providing written approval.
  • Once the final design has been approved and full payment has been received and processed, installation scheduling may begin within 48 hours.

6. Installation

  • Prior to the installation date, the customer is responsible for providing a workspace clear of all obstacles, including removing all decorative items, electronic devices (such as televisions and wall art), furniture, and any other items from the walls and immediate work area.
  • If the workspace is not cleared upon our installer’s arrival, Cossette Wallpaper reserves the right to reschedule the installation. A rescheduling fee of $150 may apply.
  • Our installers will conduct a brief pre-installation inspection of the wall surface. If wall conditions are deemed unsuitable for installation, we will notify the customer and may reschedule at no additional charge. Installation on unsuitable surfaces at the customer’s explicit written request will void the warranty for any resulting defects.
  • Any painting or construction work must be completely finished, with drywall and plaster sealed and paint-ready. Allow a minimum of one week for freshly painted areas to dry and cure before the installation date.
  • All claims regarding visible installation damage must be reported within 30 days of the installation date. Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues are governed by the 6-Year Warranty in Section 8.
  • Claims are not accepted for faults that should have been noticed and reported before installation was completed.
  • Installations not performed by Cossette Wallpaper are not covered by our warranty.
  • While we strive for punctuality, there may be occasions when our installers arrive later than originally agreed. Please contact us immediately if 30 minutes have passed beyond the scheduled arrival time without contact from our installer.

7. Colors and Materials

We do not guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same across screens, printed proofs, and installed materials, as variations can occur due to lighting, wall texture, and display settings. Our materials are not guaranteed against color fading, shrinkage, or discoloration due to washing, moisture exposure, or contact with any liquid.

8. Warranty

5-Year Warranty — Cossette Wallpaper®

Covers: Manufacturing defects and installation errors under normal use and environmental conditions.

Does not cover: Customer wall prep issues, moisture/water damage, improper cleaning, post-installation modifications, non-Cossette installations, or normal wear and sun fading.

Remedy: Repair, panel replacement, or partial credit at Cossette Wallpaper’s sole discretion. No cash refunds.

To claim: Email info@cossettewallpaper.com or call (954) 701-1644 or (786)814-6414 within the warranty period.

Cossette Wallpaper® provides a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship for installations performed by our team, from the date of installation.

This warranty covers: Manufacturing defects in the wallpaper material and installation errors made by our team under normal use and environmental conditions.

This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by improper wall preparation by the customer; installation on unsuitable surfaces at the customer’s explicit written request; exposure to moisture, humidity, or water beyond normal indoor conditions (defined as 60°F–85°F with relative humidity not exceeding 65%); wallpaper installed in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, or other high-moisture environments unless specifically approved in writing; damage resulting from use of any cleaning product other than a fragrance-free, alcohol-free, pH-neutral makeup remover cleansing towelette; modifications, repairs, or alterations made after installation; installations not performed by Cossette Wallpaper; or normal wear and fading due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure.

Warranty remedy: Approved claims will be remedied at Cossette Wallpaper’s sole discretion by repair, replacement of affected panels, or a partial credit toward a future project. Cash refunds are not provided under this warranty.

9. Care Instructions

Wallpaper must be cleaned only with a fragrance-free, alcohol-free, pH-neutral makeup remover cleansing towelette. Use of any other cleaning product, abrasive material, or liquid — including water alone — may permanently damage the wallpaper and will void the warranty for any resulting damage. Cossette Wallpaper is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning methods.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your project, including appointment confirmations, proposals, invoices, and project updates, sent through our project management platform. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Photography and Media Release

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Cossette Wallpaper® retains the right to photograph and video record during the estimation and installation process and the finished result. Such media may be used in connection with Cossette Wallpaper’s own marketing materials, advertisements, website content, social media, and promotional efforts, without compensation to you, at any time. Media will not be sold or licensed to unaffiliated third parties without your separate written consent.

Photography and video will focus on the installed wallpaper and the space. We will not knowingly include identifiable individuals in published marketing materials without their separate written consent. Customers are responsible for ensuring any persons present during the estimation or installation are aware of this policy.

If you prefer that your project not be featured publicly, please notify us in writing before your appointment and we will honor that request. Verbal requests cannot be guaranteed — written notice is required.

12. Intellectual Property

All custom wallpaper designs created by Cossette Wallpaper remain the intellectual property of Cossette Productions Inc. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the installed wallpaper in their space. Cossette Wallpaper retains the right to use the design for its own portfolio, marketing, and future projects unless an exclusive design agreement has been separately negotiated and signed. Customers wishing to obtain exclusive ownership of a custom design must request this in writing prior to design commencement; additional fees may apply.

13. Personal Information

Personal information provided to Cossette Wallpaper will only be shared with third parties as necessary to conduct business with you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy at cossettewallpaper.com/privacy-policy and our Cookie Policy at cossettewallpaper.com/cookie-policy.

14. Force Majeure

Cossette Wallpaper shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, flooding, supply chain disruptions, government orders, or labor disputes. In such cases we will notify the customer promptly and reschedule at the earliest practicable date. No penalty or additional charge will apply to the customer as a result of a force majeure delay.

15. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cossette Wallpaper and its employees, affiliates, suppliers, agents, contractors, distributors, and business partners from any damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of any provision of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cossette Wallpaper’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits Cossette Wallpaper’s liability for its own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

In any action by Cossette Wallpaper to collect amounts due under these Terms, Cossette Wallpaper shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the customer.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice. Your continued engagement with our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
