- Measurements provided by customer are not guaranteed.
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the issued date.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to start the wallpaper design process.
- Balance must be paid in full prior to scheduling of the wallpaper installation.
- The design is considered final and cannot be changed once approved by customer and sent for printing.
- Please allow a minimum of 48 hours after the final payment has been fully processed to schedule the installation.
- Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Payments by Checks (Allow up to 72-hours for order processing). A service charge of $100 will be assessed for every returned check. We do not accept third party checks.
- Payments by Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept third party credit card authorizations. A 3% convenience fee is added to every credit card transaction.
- Payments by Wire Transfers. We do not accept third party wires.
- By providing Cossette Wallpaper ™ with a credit card number, customer authorizes Cossette Wallpaper ™ to charge the card for all future charges and pending balances.
- Collection fees and or attorney’s fees incurred by the company in collecting payments are the responsibility of the customer and must be repaid in full to Cossette Wallpaper ™ prior to resuming business.
- Title to, and ownership of the relevant goods remain the absolute and unencumbered property of Cossette Wallpaper ™ until payment in full is received and processed.
- Personal information provided to the company will only be shared with a third party as part of effort to do business with customer.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of the installation date.
- Claims are not allowed after wallpaper hanging, for faults that should have been noticed before installation.
- Cossette Wallpaper ™ is not responsible for moving existing wallpaper, furniture, televisions, pictures of any other items in order to prepare for the wallpaper installation. All walls must be cleared by customer prior to installation.
- Painting and Construction. Be sure any remodeling/construction is completely closed in with drywall, plaster finish and paint-ready. Allow one week for freshly painted areas to dry and cure before the wallcovering installation date.
- We do not guarantee that the colors will be exactly the same. Our materials are not guaranteed against color fading. They are not guaranteed against shrinkage or discoloration due to washing or contact with any liquid.
- While we strive for punctuality, there might be occasions when our installers will get to the job site at a later time than originally agreed. Please contact the us immediately if 30 minutes have passed and our installer has not contacted you.
- Installations not performed by Cossette Wallpaper ™ are not guaranteed.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY OF CUSTOMER
YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS COSSETTE WALLPAPER ™ AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS AND SHALL REIMBURSE US FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) INCURRED BY US IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIMS, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
MEDIA RELEASE
CUSTOMER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT COSSETTE WALLPAPER ™ AND COSSETTE WALLPAPER RETAIN THE RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORD (“MEDIA”) DURING THE PROCESS OF ESTIMATING AND INSTALLING THE WALLPAPER AND THAT SUCH USE OF MEDIA MAY BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH MARKETING MATERIALS, ADVERTISEMENTS, INTERNET PUBLICATIONS AND PROMOTIONAL EFFORTS OR CURRENT OR FUTURE EVENTS AND WITHOUT COMPENSATION TO CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME, NOW OR AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE.
